TEACHERS CONFERENCES
Every second year, teachers of Spanish gather to share their ideas, techniques, and discuss all aspects of teaching Spanish in Australia today.
IMMERSION DAYS
Day-long workshops with the main purpose of keeping our Spanish fresh and up-to-date.
NETWORKING EVENTS
Occasions to meet new teachers and establish working partnerships beyond the school.
SPANISH EMBASSY AWARDS
Awards to best students of Spanish as part of their SACE or IB are acknowledged yearly at STASA’s Senior Conferences.
SENIOR CONFERENCE
A full day of activities in Spanish specifically tailored for students of Years 9 to 12.
SPANISH DAY OUT!
A whole day of activities in Spanish for students of Years 5 to 8.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Regular Professional Development opportunities, organised by STASA or in collaboration with partner institutions.
PROMOTION OF SPANISH LANGUAGE AND SPANISH EDUCATION
Advocacy, support and promotion of Spanish programs in schools. Education and dissemination of Hispanic cultures across South Australia.
